Hi everyone,
A fire can take hold in only 3 minutes but it takes only moments to prevent one.
This year the charity riders and runners are proud to promote Fire Prevention week - 1st-7th of May. The aim of the week is to encourage everyone to do a home fire safety audit at their place. There is a website with loads of helpful information, where you can go to work out what to do - www.homefiresafetyaudit.com.au.
We are also promoting Fire and Rescue NSW Open Day which is on the 7th of May at all fire stations throughout the state. Please pop in and say G'day to your local firies!
